The attached patch addresses 2 problems with psgml-jade.el:
1) The current version does not work on NTEmacs, the
Win32 port of GNU Emacs
2) The current version does not provide a suitable SGML
declaration to the Jade/nsgmls command line, thus makes
it difficult to work with HTML4, DocBook, or XML files
To address problem 1, I contributed a few fixes to
Matthias Clasen when he was still actively working on
Jade. He improved my fixes a little, but never added
this newer version to the OpenJade distribution.
To address problem 2, I changed a few definitions, and
added one function to allow %decl to appear on the
command lines. This will be replaced with whatever
PSGML uses as the current SGML declaration.
