In the Opportunities tab you will be able to save and trace all your business in the works, relate it to leads and/or business partners, and share it with your Openbravo CRM colleagues.
You can enter an Opportunity from this window, the Openia CRM also provides you the functionality to create it from an Openbravo Order Window.
If you have business appointments and activities such as Calls and Meetings related to the Opportunity you are managing, you are able to create an Activity by easily clicking the Create Activity button on the upper right side of the window.
Starting from the screenshot below we will list the various fields and capabilities behind this tab.
Opportunities - fields
In the subtab you can also choose the CRM user associates to share the Opportunity with.
As soon as you are done with the Opportunity data entry just click on the orange Create Activity button, fill in the form below, click ok and a new related Activity will be entered.
If you have the Openia CRM module installed on your Openbravo Web Application you are able to create an Opportunity directly from an Openbravo Order.
The Opportunity from Order button will be on the upper right side of the Order window, click on it, fill in the name of your Opportunity and the expected close date and you are done.
