Seams that You didn't read the PWLib README carefully enough... ;)
You install the source in '/usr/local/src/voip/pwlib_v1_9_2/src/pwlib' it
should be on /root (user home). Try to create a symlink in /root pointing to
the source dir and retry the compilation...
