I would like to be able to open and edit points in an
ESRI Bil file. This could be as simple as clicking a point
and assigning a new value.

Or as detailed as clicking a point an brining up a 9x9
matrix with the numerical values all editable. With Geo
reference, offset, and Point/Line position for the current
selected point.
