Open Engine Simulation Project

The goal of this project is to build a GPL-licensed, open source, one-dimensional mathematical engine modeling suite referencing the works of Gordon P. Blair, John B. Heywood, Charles Fayette Taylor, and the like. Specific text resources are linked in the [Required Reading] page.

The current design goal of the project is available on the [Qualification] page.

The program will be written in Python. It will allow input as human-readable configuration files and output as XHTML and SVG. It will incorporate a Qt-based GUI using PyQT.

All formulas used in development will be cited to allow those with more engineering related backgrounds to further investigate topics and aspects.
