    I just downloaded OpenCyc to my xp and I've run both run-cyc.bat and run-web-server.bat. When I run-cyc.bat I am able to get a response from (+ 1 2). When I run-web-server I get

    OpenCyc Web Server
    Listening on port 3603
    Cyc connections directed to port 3600
    Serving from ..\..\run\httpd\htdocs

    However in neither case can I access http://localhost:3063/cgi-bin/cyccgi/cg?cb-start

    Does anyone know why?

      Still can't get to port 3602 with run-cyc. However, I noticed that the URL listed in run-web-server is wrong. It should be

      http://localhost:3603/cgi-bin/cyccgi/cg?cb-start

      but now I'm getting

      GET /cgi-bin/cyccgi/cg?cb-start HTTP/1.1 from localhost
      request=localhost&cb-start#

      Same experience here.

      I see this was posted a while back and
          1. No one has answered.
          2. No one has corrected the run-web-server.bat file with the correct port number.  (it still references 3063 when clearly the server starts on 3603)
           3. The installation instruction readme file located here  http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=128418
      lists as the 4th point, port 3602

      Can someone please help?
