#65 Make artifact an OSGi bundle

Please make the distributed jar a valid OSGi bundle. This can be done by simply adding the mavan bundle plugin to the maven build, which will update the manifest with the appropriate OSGi headers and allow the bundle to be deployed to any OSGi container.

    OSGi support seems to have been added in the recent revival on maven (now under com.opencsv). Thanks!
