There is a discrepancy here. The RFX900 - without EEPROM reflashing -
supports the 900MHz band only. You can't tune to 1900MHz on one
machine and 900MHz on another without reflashing; that's not possible.
Now I've seen stranger things happen in my life, but you get the
point...

What is the output of 'lsusrp'?

Shouldn't make a difference. The usrp driver code in gnuradio - as
opposed to UHD - has been relatively static for over a year.
