Thanks for your reply. Yes, the professional devices must be very expensive, but 
do you know what kinds of BTS testing devices or GSM signal generators are 
usually used for BTS test?  I will take a look if I can get a second hand device 
from eBay or borrow one from others,  but I don't know the type, so I ask about 
it.

Zhen,

There are also professional BTS testing devices, but they are
expensive. That's why most people use cheap mobile phones instead.
