Hangs when compiling/running with Net::SNMP package
Brought to you by:
jguentherodt
I have a .pl file as simple as this:
use Net::SNMP qw(:snmp);
If I try to compile this, PERLIDE console shows:
"Entering open perl debugger, connecting to port
1201...connected."
Then it eats up all available RAM (I have 1Gb
installed) and stays that way for some minutes until
it blows up with a Windows application error (see
attach) and the memory gets freed. The CPU usage gets
only at the 10-20%.
I tried this on another machine and the result os the
same.
Is there any reason for this to happen ?
Thanks,
