#38 PerlIDE/WinAmp not a happy couple

I really have no idea if PerlIDE has anything to do with
this... When the PerlIDE window is active and WinAmp
is playing in the background, frequently WinAmp will
begin to freeze momentarily every second or so.

It looks like WinAmp is hogging the processor, since
the WinAmp process, not PerlIDE, racks up CPU time
when this happens (according to the win2k task
manager).

Ordinarily I would blame WinAmp, but it ->only<-
happens when the PerlIDE window is active (not just
open, but active).

I hope this helps reveal a bug, because I'm going to feel
pretty dumb otherwise.

Is it possible debugger is trying to use network ports
used by other applications, like WinANP? It would be
desirable if the debugging ports should be user-
    configurable.

I can't replicate this problem. I always use winamp while running PerlIDE (I like music) and I never have this problem. I'm running winamp 2.91.
