[Open-ms-general] MSSimulator SILAC experiment

Hi, I am trying to run a simulated SILAC experiment with MSSimulator. I
have included 2 fasta files as input but I continue to get the following
error message

Error: Unexpected internal error (1 channel(s) given. We currently support
only 2-channel SILAC. Please provide two FASTA files!)


I've attached the log file and the small pipeline if this helps anyone. The
pipeline only has the MSSimulator, file input, and file output nodes. From
my understanding of the online docs, I just have to specify 2 fasta files
(1 for each channel) as input, but it does not seem to recognize that I
have 2 fasta files in the file input node. I am able to run MSSimulator and
generate labelfree data, but not SILAC. I appreciate any help.
