Have you set PTLIBDIR and OPALDIR correctly? Was the installation of PTLIB
successful and the shared library can be found in the correct installation
directory like /usr/local/lib or something. Additionally, you can try to
set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the directory where the ptlib.so can be found.
