#18 Mac OS build 3.1 Stream() function problem

Hi,
got big trouble to open a file with "stream()" under
MACos. 3.1 make of on Tiger 10.4.8 works well, but
running and stream() function fails.

    René V. Jansen is trying to create a version of the 3.1.1
    interpreter for MacOSX and has been able to get the STREAM
    BIF to run.

    Please follow the developer mailing list from
    (https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=119701) for any
    further news of the MacOSX version.
