I want to add a build-utilities binary release to the project.  (You had 
asked me to discuss any new releases.)  This first release would contain 
killer and stouch binaries which are useful for the Windows build.
 
(To give credit where credit is due, it was Mark Hessling's excellent idea 
to add the release.)
