Initial Comment:
The UserDialog class has an addIcon() method that allows the programmer to add an icon resource to his dialogs.  This method is also used in RcDialogs to add icon resources found in a .rc file (a resource script file.)

The icon resources can be used as the application icon for an ooDialog program.  However, there is no way provided for the programmer to get the icon for use in other parts of the program.  For instance to use in an ImageList, or as the icon for a static control.

There should be a method provided to create an Image object or objects from the the icon resources.

Committed revision 5162.

Added the userIcon() class method of the .Image class which returns an
icon image, identified by resource ID, for an icon resource added through
the addIcon() method.
