In general, I would think that would be the entity that owns the physical machine. So, if you can not get sufficient privilege to install ooRexx, then my assumption is that you don't own the machine. If you don't own the machine, and the entity that does own the machine say no, you can't install ooRexx, then I think that, ethically, you shouldn't install ooRexx on the machine. -- Mark Miesfeld |
