This is due to the way subversion works.  For ooDialog, for released versions, you need to only look at the first 3 places:

version:  4.2.2

The trailing number is the subversion revision number which increments every time a commit is made to any code in the ooRexx project.

The source code for the released ooDialog version 4.2.2 is unchanged between subversion revision number 9150 and 9216.  But, many other commits have been made since the time the independent ooDialog 4.2.2 release was built and the ooRexx 4.1.3 beta was built.

In the ooRexx project's process, once an official release is done, the released source code is never changed.

A little difficult to explain maybe.  The key point though is that ooDialog 4.2.2 was officially released, so the source code for 4.2.2 has never been changed since the release.  If you were to check out and build that released code today, the subversion revision number would be 4220 because 4 commits have been made since ooRexx 4.1.3 beta was built.

Now, if you were looking at something like ooDialog preview and ooDialog preview then the subversion number could be significant.
