NMAKE : fatal error U1045: spawn failed : No error
Stop.
(END)

The error indicates that a program or command called by nMake failed.  "No error" is supposed to be the error that caused the program to fail.

The only thing I see in oodialog.mak that might cause this is generateVersionFile.bat.

So, I would cd to the ooDialog source directory and run that .bat file from the command line and see what happens.

The correct working of the .bat file itself is dependent on having a command line svn client installed.  But, that doesn't look like the problem here, because I don't see the typical error messages for that.
Hmm, changed into the directory "extensions\platform\windows\oodialog" and ran "generateVersionFile.bat" manually without any visible error. It created the file "ooDialog.ver.incl" successfully.

Forgot to assert that I have a command line svn client (from cygwin) installed and accessible.
