#199 say .environment~true -- Also displays "1"

The manual states that say .environment~true always displays 1. Apparently .environment~setmethod( true, "return 0" ) can overwrite the desired effect, is that as it should be?

    If you modify the environment, then yes, it will display something differently. We are not, however, going to add a note to that effect for every possible situation where that might occur as it would result in documentation filled with rather worthless notes.
