#607 rexxc 64-bit is slient on syntax errors

Rick, I can't look at this until later. Just wanted to open it so I don't forget, or you have a quick idea.

When you use the 64-bit version of rexxc, it doesn't print out the syntax error messages.

/ divide.rex /
do while ret == 2 until 9 == 10
say 'doing'
end

E:>rexxc divide.rex

    Well, this must have been user error. It works fine now on 64-bit. I must not have had a 64-bit compile with the fix in it.
