#10 Make OOoLatex.sh work with older bourne shells

OOoLatex uses the POSIX command substitution, e.g.

cpu=$(uname -p)

Older bourne shells (e.g. on our Solaris machines) do not support these substitution commands. There are two possible fixes for this:

* Uses backquotes `...` instead of $(...)

* Explicitly call bash for executing the script by setting sShellCommand to "bash" in OOoLatexEquation.xba.
