I would like to have a new checkbox added to OnBoardC
that allows a "clean build", meaning the PRC is deleted
before building. The delete should be the system delete
command that also removes the program preferences. This
would allow developers to test first-time install
scenarios without the current extra step of manully
deleting the program.

I second this and move this feature request to the list of tasks.

A potential problem, there may be unintended consequences when you remove the app (eg. what if the source code or .rsrc file has the same creator code? I've seen this with onboard projects!).

I think this is a good idea but I don't think this can be a simple checkbox. Instead it needs to be a page showing the things (databases, prefs, etc.) that would be removed if the app was removed (with a way to choose to leave certain items alone) as well as allowing the ability to add additional items (eg. some shareware uses a second creator id for their prefs so that they survive a delete/re-install).
