My task is to create a 2D (x,y,yaw) grid with some obstacles, and find a
way to find all (x,y) coords that are not free from obstacles. If i choose
OMPL to reach my goal how can I :
1)create the grid? should I create the _env file with another tool and load
2)have the list of the (x,y) coords back?
