#9 not extracting any mail

RH 8.0 with updates, latest libPST. Ran it against a
1.3G outlook file. Extracted a lot of mail probably
2/3rds of it then segfaulted. Ok, went back to outlook
and removed the folders it had extracted and ran it
again. Now it just builds a bunch of empty files for
the special folders, but extracts no mail. How do I
get it into a debug mode where I can see what it
doesn't like? (or any other suggestions)
