#61 HTML Inline codes not applied to prepped file

Summary:
When custom inline codes are set for the HTML filter, they do not become internalized in the prepped file.

Expected result:
Custom inline codes will be internalized in prepped file.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit an HTML file to include a custom inline code (%variable% or {variable} or $variable$) within an extractable string.
2. Launch Rainbow
3. Add html file to input list
4. Edit filter
5. Add RegEx for custom inline code
6. Run text extraction
7. Open processed file and check custom inline code > is not internalized
