The current implementation does not treat the depth
coordinate in full compliance with the specification.
Need to investigate the full implications.

    Provided correct implementation of perspective interpolation
    of z, tu, and tv. Z coordinate also reflects settings for depth
    range. w coordinate only used for clipping and depth division.
    Fog correctly based on eye distance, and then linearly
    interpolated along triangle.
