Make the program post blocks to USENET, stream to XM Radio or other satellite sidebands, and wifi mesh networks, etc...

Everyone must have a 1TB or larger HD to store the streamed blocks (1TB is about $175 now). The program constantly receives the stream 24/7, removing old blocks as it gets full.

The program always searches the local 1TB cache FIRST for blocks it needs, then goes out to the network for the few missing blocks if needed, and optionally streams them out so others can have them.

As a rule, URLs are always shared via anon P2P systems.

The program always streams randomly selected blocks from the network, at random times so that the stream is always updated.

Benefits:
1. Fast, fast, fast downloading.
2. Privacy, no one knows what blocks you have locally.
3. Upload/download bandwidth is significantly reduced, can be throttled.
4. Blocks are now in the public domain.
5. Blocks can be archived anywhere without liability.

Multi terabyte storage will get cheaper. We win!

For wifi mesh, only a few nodes in a city need to stream out to the mesh, all other nodes would just repeat the blocks all over the city. Users could use a separate ethernet card and wifi router w/external antenna for this purpose.

Pick up the stream today!
