I am a researcher from Sweden with an interest in analysing Open Source communities and in particular the social interactions taking place in mailing lists. The Gmane (gmane.org) interface to Source Forge mailing lists is easier to parse for research purposes. As a researcher, it is also important not to misuse or disclose any personaI details in the mailing lists. I therefore hope that the maintainer of the SourceForge mailing lists for the OpenXML/ODF translator will grant that those mailing lists can be hosted by Gmane as well.
Best wishes,
Jonas Gamalielsson, Ph.D. at the University of Skövde, Sweden.
