Ok, second chance.

OCSM-Editor was moved to obfuscated directory and in subversion repository is now trunk - today i start work with libraries, which are used with core ocsm in future.

Today, I start development of OCSM. First svn commit is in repository - it is skeleton of editor, working with SQLite.
