'Body' is listed in the FMA OBO file as referring to the whole human body. This has the same term id as 'human body' in the FMA explorer. Human body and body appear to be the same term, just do not quite jive in the term name aspect. Can we change the FMA OBO file to have human body as is listed in the FMA explorer?
Thanks,
Yvonne

In the master copy of the FMA, 'Body' subsumes 'Human body'. If FMA OBO 'Body' has same ID as 'Human body' (FMAID=20394), then I agree that the said FMA OBO term has to be renamed to 'Human body'.

They indeed have the same id: Human body FMAID:20394 (found on FMA explorer page); OBO ID for term Body: 20394 (found on FMA OBO svn file)
