FMA has mesangium, Glomerular mesangium and Extraglomerular mesangium are subclass-siblings:

.......is_a FMA:81494 ! Stroma [subclass: "Organ component"] [DEF: "Organ component which consists of connective tissue that subdivides parenchyma into lobes, segments, lobules, acini, or cortex and medulla and the vascular and the neural networks intermixed with this connective tissue."]
........is_a FMA:84139 ! Mesangium *** [subclass: "Stroma"]
........is_a FMA:84140 ! Glomerular mesangium *** [subclass: "Stroma"]
........is_a FMA:84141 ! Extraglomerular mesangium *** [subclass: "Stroma"]

there is no parthood information

also there are no definitions, textual or computational

presumably these should either be subtypes of (portion of?) mesangium, or they should be parts of it (as in MA)

Mesangium is defined in the FMA as "Stroma between glomerular capillaries or between glomerular capillaries and macula densa".
Glomerular mesangium: Mesangium between glomerular capillaries.
Extraglomerular mesangium: Mesangium between the glomerular capillaries and macula densa.
