    I am trying to access a .Net web service but I am getting the following error:

    Server was unable to process request. --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    This request created by nusoap generated the error:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <SOAP-ENV:Envelope
    SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"
    xmlns:si="http://soapinterop.org/xsd">
        <SOAP-ENV:Header>
        <AuthenticationHeader xmlns='https://www.kintera.com/SphereWS'>
                <AccountID>xxxxx</AccountID>
                <AccountToken>xxxxx</AccountToken>
        </AuthenticationHeader>
      </SOAP-ENV:Header>
            <SOAP-ENV:Body>
          <ns1:SupporterLogin xmlns:ns1="https://www.kintera.com/SphereWS/">
            <loginInfo>
                <LoginName xsi:type="xsd:string">xxxxxx</LoginName>
                <Password xsi:type="xsd:string">xxxxxx</Password>
            </loginInfo>
          </ns1:SupporterLogin>
        </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

    However this request generated by another soap tool works
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope
    xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:tns="https://www.kintera.com/SphereWS"
    xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
       <soap:Header>
          <tns:AuthenticationHeader>
             <tns:AccountID>xxxxxxx</tns:AccountID>
             <tns:AccountToken>xxxxxxxx</tns:AccountToken>
          </tns:AuthenticationHeader>
       </soap:Header>
       <soap:Body>
          <tns:SupporterLogin>
             <tns:loginInfo>
                <tns:LoginName>xxxxxx</tns:LoginName>
                <tns:Password>xxxxxxx</tns:Password>
             </tns:loginInfo>
          </tns:SupporterLogin>
       </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>

    I have tried to find any differences between them but I cannot find any .

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks,

    Luis
