I have been using NpptoR for couple of years now and really like it. One thing I have been missing these years is a possibility to pass commands to R within a marked region in Notepad++. This is naturally possible by selecting the code and running it, but it would be easier if there was a feature that passes code between two marks (those blue bubbles you get when you click the dark gray space next to the line numbers in Notepad++). The location of the blinking text cursor would define which marks would be used, and if there was only one mark, the code would be passed from the beginning or to the end of the script, depending on the location of the cursor. This would make it easier to fine tune figures, etc. I do not know if this kind of feature is possible to implement, though.
