#19 NppFtp toolbar somtimes disappears

Prerequisites:
Function List plugin installed

Steps To Repeat
1. Open fresh Npp
2. Click the "List..." button in the toolbar at top with red f.
3. Click the NppFTP tab in the right pane to switch to NppFTP

Actual Result
4. The toolbar on the NppFTP tab in the right pane disappears.

Expected Result
4. The toolbar should not disappear.

Additional Information
* The toolbar will reappear if you minimize and maximize.
* The buttons will show up if you mouse over them and they still work.
* The toolbar in the Function List plugin has the "..." handle like the main toolbar but NppFTP does not
* It has disappeared for me under other conditions but this was the easiest to reproduce.

I think I fixed this in a build that is still on my harddisk, which I hope to release soon, set to pending

So this seems an abandoned project... a year and this hasn't been solved. And on top of that, there was a different FTP plugin that did work for me, but it's unusable now, according to Npp it was incompatible.
