  • I am running Mandrake 10.1.  Installed Novelclient as either RH v9 or v8. Install went well all permssions and ecetra appear to be correct.  However, when I run novelclient I receive an error saying it can find

    libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2

    The path is correct in the script and the symbolic links are there as well.  For when you skip the script and run Novel the error changes to libqtintf-6.5-qt2.3.so and says it can't find file, however it is there where it is suppose to be .

    This worked just fine in Mandarke 9.2

    Thoughts?

    Thanks, Ken

      In case it's not too late...
      I resolved this on a Mandrake 10.1 by installing this compat pkg from SUSE:
      http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/suse/9.2/i386/suse/i586/compat-2004.9.6-2.i586.html
