Hello. When managing a network, we backup and save router and switch config's to text files. I was introduced to NotePad++ but am having a problem understanding how to save all my tabs to one file. Example is: Tab1=Router1, Tab2=Router2, Tab3=Switch1 etc.

Each tab is a network device config file, but when I close the file and reopen, not all tabs are there. Do I have to bind them together or something? I would like to gather and retain multiple notepad tabs to one file, so everything that I need to simulate a network opens at the same time. Sort of like IE and FireFox. When you close it, it asks "Quit"? or "Save and Quit"? If I select Save and Quit, the next time I open it all the tabs that were open stay in tact.

Please advise and thanks. -R-
