To add a top-right corner x to Find/Replace dialog. All
that is needed is to add WS_SYSMENU to the resource
file FindReplaceDlg.rc. Attached file is fixed version
from the current CVS version, but adding that single
parameter manually is not hard either.

The x will behave like the close button, so no other
code changes are required. I tested this with the
source from current release and it worked fine.

This is a fix to feature request:

dialog

Don't forget to remove WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW so it behaves as
expected for Find Replace when tabbing to and from other
    applications.

The X is added in the find dialog by adding WS_SYSMENU and
    removing WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW.

However, it losees also the resizing capacity (when the find
listing appear). So I won't change it utile I find another
    solution.
