When a new version of my plugin (ConvertExt aka OEM Conversion Plugin) will
be finished, I should like to add external encodings support to it.
To support ISO-8859-9, for example, I need two copies of your alphabet - one
copy in default Windows encoding (default codepage for your location) and the
second copy in ISO-8859-9. The goal is to see differences between hex codes
of the characters of your alphabet in different encodings (codepages).
