Adding a 'Replace then Find' function (or just changing the current replace button) in the normal (CTRL+H) function. I see it's in the advanced (CTRL+R) but regex doesn't work there yet (And it's messy for simple find/replace)

while in (ctrl+H) window
e.g. If I'm search for all tabs '\t' to replace with ' \t ', when I push Replace, it should replace the current found '\t' then find the next '\t'.

And after "Finding in files", it should automatically go to the next file when done with the current file.
