    The file you posted a picture from is encoded in DOS Cyrillic CP866, but you are viewing it with encoding CP1251, which is the Windows standard for cyrillic scripts.
    The only way to view them natively would be i a DOS text editor - not an attractive idea. You need to switch encoding to CP866 manually in N++.
