    Is there a feature in N++ to merge two files together?  Thanks...

      So far, I guess your only option is using the Compare Plugin and copy-pastying accordingly

      Yeah, using the compare plugin and manually moving code around is the closest thing using just NP++.
      I would direct your attention towards a dedicated diff/merge tool like Kdiff3 or WinMerge.  (My personal preference being Kdiff3). 
      You may be able to set up a custom shortcut to open all open documents (at most 3) in the tool of your choosing (you'll need to do some research to figure out how to do that.  There should be info on NP++'s main site).
