    Sorry for cross posting, but some people may look here if they have issues.

    In order to comply with Sourceforge terms of use, Plugin Manager has updated the URL where it gets the XML information about all the plugins from.  As such, the current 0.9.3.1 Plugin Manager will only update itself to the new 1.0.8 version. 

    After updating, all plugin updates will be available again.

    I've put a page up at http://bit.ly/pmupdate which explains about running Notepad++ as admin under Vista & Windows 7 to update.  If there are any other reported issues with the update, they'll be listed there.
