i try to find all 10 sets numbers in file1 at once AND highlight or mark all matched numbers

how to copy all marked numbers in once to another new file?
Select multiple rows and press Ctrl+F
On the "Mark" tab, click "Find All".
I didn't understand, exactly, how are organized your phone numbers in your two files but it's easy to answer to your last question : How to copy all marked numbers in once to another new file ?
Let suppose> you would like to insert, in a new tab, all the lines, of the change.log, of the last version v6.5.5, which contain, for example, the word Fix :
Open the change.log file ( CTRL + O )
Open the Search dialog ( CTRL + F )
Select the Mark last tab
Type in the word Fix in the Find what zone
Check the Bookmark line, Match whole word only and Wrap around square boxes
Select the search mode Normal
Click on the Mark All button, on the right
Click on menu Search - Bookmark - Copy Bookmarked Lines
Open a new tab ( CTRL + N )
Paste the previous bookmarked lines ( CTRL + V )
Et voilà !
In the same way, you may, also, cut, remove or replace ( by current selection ), the bookmarked lines, remove the unmarked lines or invert the bookmarks !
