It has been a while so I don't know if this has been mentioned but recording macros is a wonderful thing up to a point.

The main problem that needs to be visited here is to have the ability to Copy, Cut and Paste functions recorded in relation to what you are doing.  At the moment if you try using copy and paste whilst recording you will get a a bunch of ugly goop on the screen when playing back.

Unless someone knows a secret way around this?

Anyway, keep up the good work all.

the function of NP++'s macro is poor.
some other editors can use vbscript to implement macro.

Hope NP++ can do so. then NP++'s macro will be more powerfull.

      What is your suggestion?

      How come you don't know?

Is this related to macro recording?

      > Unless someone knows a secret way around this?

Who knows, perhaps someone will come up with a simple solution.

There are ways to get to know about these things.

You might just have spotted a thread titled "[BUG] Copy/Paste in UTF-8 v4.9.1" which implies to also say something about not correctly pasting text.

In case you didn't read it elsewhere: there are several ways to paste text from the clipboard. It seems using CTRL+V is suffering the most from peculiarities.
