I am using v 6.1.3 (Unicode)

I opened a file in Notepad++, changed it and saved. It appeared to have saved successfully.
But when I re-opened the same file again, my change was gone. I tried this quite a few times and was baffled by the issue.
However when i opened the same file in simple notepad and tried saving my changes, it showed me an error pop-up with the error msg "There is not enough space on the disk". and sure it was....i had 0 bytes of free space left on my drive.
I believe this is something fundamental, which needs to be there in any editor...sure enough the chances of it occurring are few and far between, but on those rare occasions when it does, Notepad++ will just irritate the User for a good few minutes, before he / she realizes what is actually the issue.
