#4552 Horizontal Scrollbar non functional when using Logitech T650 Touchpad

Don HO

Current version: Notepad++ v6.5.1 on Windows 7 x64

Summary: Horizontal scrolling within Notepad++ does not function when using a Logitech T650 touchpad. Vertical scrolling is unaffected.

Detailed Description: When text extends past the right side of the window, the horizontal scrollbar appears, allowing users to scroll to see the end of the line. When attempting to scroll using a Logitech T650 touchpad and using their "scroll gestures", the window does not scroll. The scrollbar is replaced with a different-looking scrollbar, which appears to scroll and function as normal. The window itself however never updates to reflect the position of the scrollbar. Images are attached to show both the position and appearance of the horizontal scrollbar and window prior to and after attempting to scroll horizontally with the T650 touchpad.

Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Notepad++ and open a text file with at least one line of text that extends off the side of the window.
- Using a Logitech G650 touchpad, use a two finger swipe to scroll the window to the side to see the end of the line.

Expected results: The horizontal scrollbar maintains the themed appearance of a pre-scrolled bar. The window updates proportionally to the movement of the scrollbar.

    This issue also occurs on Logitech M500 Horizontal scrolling buttons (so propably with all devices based on Logitech SetPoint software). When only clicking the button once horizontal scrolling works but if holding the button to scroll over a large distance the scrollbar changes in style (as in screenshot AfterScroll.png) and only the scrollbar moves, but the window does not update.
