Hello there.
I've been experiencing this bug for some time now hoping that someone will notice it as well and that it might get fixed, but no such luck.
I've attached the troublesome php file that doesn't get color coded correctly as well as a screenshot with my point of view.
I'm currently using Notepad++ version 6.4.2 but the bug has been around long before this version.

    I may have missed the point here, but as far as i can see the code you show is being edited as a PHP file, and the PHP elements of the code are being colorised consistently. The raw HTML and Javascript sections of code aren't being colorised effectively, because NPP is parsing the syntax of PHP, so all would seem to be as expected (I think).

    Which elements of code do you consider to be mis-coloured ?

    It was suppose to look like the image below.
    For some reason in v 6.5.4 everything seems to be ok.
    I'm also running it on a different computer now.
    It must have been fixed or it happens only in some very rare circumstances.
    I do remember that at the time it just wouldn't stop doing it.
