I don't know if this is possible to be solved in Np++ or is a plugin problem (it happens after the plugin use, not during it), I hope i wrote in the right place.
When the press ALT+D, two of the open tabs are compared by content.
That's very usefull and i use that a lot.

Let's suppose that the user has at least 3 files open.
When the files are compared, the vertical (and horizontal) scrolling are also synchronized, and that's also good.

But when the user clicks on a different tab and activates it, the scrolling is still synchronized with one of the compared file, and this is very unconfortable because the file cannot be scrolled down/up untill the scrolling is not disabled manually (how much it can be scrolled depends by the file length).

The scroll synchronizing should automatically deactivate when the user clicks on a not-compared file.

Hope it's clear, many thanks for your work.

I am sorry i noticed that this issue is for all Notepad++ version, not 1.x.
I mean, all versions since i started to use file comparing (last 3 years). So the milestone can be changed to the last or to "all". Sorry, thanks
