I use Notepad++ for writing Perl scripts. When I create a loop in Perl, e.g. foreach or while, Notepad++ automatically detects this and enables folding. When troubleshooting code, I often comment/uncomment a line by pressing CTRL + Q. I noticed that if a loop is folded and I press CTRL + Q on the first line of the loop the following will happen:
The line of the loop that was visible is commented out.
Subsequent lines belonging to the same loop can no longer be viewed, not even by unfolding.
When I run the script, Perl complains about the loop, because only the first line was commented out.
If I select all lines in the loop and press CTRL + Q, they will all be commented out correctly.
